Watching Bubble Guppies before bed.  She was cold so I pulled her just-dry blankets out of the dryer and wrapped her up.  Ahhh!  Aren't warm blankets the best!  I loved how her little feet stuck out!

This beautiful tree almost didn't survive our total house transformation/renovation in 2005.  It got completely knocked over.  Part of the root system was still hanging on though so we used my husband's heavy-duty pick-up truck to pull it back up and kept it staked for several years.  Every year I look at this tree in the spring time and I am so incredibly thankful that we tried to save it and that it actually survived with NO damage!

Sadly, this is the only picture I got on Mother's Day.  No group picture of my family.  But it's my own fault.  It was so cold outside and an indoor shot just didn't seem all that appealing.  So I decided to be lazy and all I got was this goofy iphone picture of Ella eating an apple!  LOL!  At least she is smiling!

My husband (and eventually I) have lived in our home since 1999 which underwent a MAJOR transformation in 2005.  These tulips were planted by the previous owner and still come up every spring!  

So I'm basically missing eight days of pictures.  I am going to try and grab extra shots here and there for the next eight days!  I know it's technically cheating but this is my project and I am definitely a rule breaker type of person...lol!   Maybe this will get me back on track and if so, I wont allow myself to get that behind again.

I really had 100% decided to give up (which is why I missed so many days) but my husband actually thinks this project 365 is a really cool thing I'm doing and wanted me to try and catch up.  This actually could be a really amazing year for us (more details to come later) so I think it is worth the effort to try and keep it going!

Every spring when all the snow melts, the rain comes, and our front yard becomes a temporary small pond, we get a few ducks that come and hang out in our front yard.   Ella loved our little friends while they were here!

Ok, I seriously am this close to quitting.  I've had a lot going on in my life as of late and I've also not been feeling well for several weeks.  Both of those combined made me almost give up.  So I'm going back and posting all the pictures I've taken the last couple weeks (the good and the bad) and filling in the holes.  I'm sure I've missed several days altogether so I will try and make them up somehow.  

So....here goes.  

This is clearly an awful picture (blurry from my iphone) so I realize there is no need for a watermark...but I exported it in a batch so...here ya go.   At least it's a picture of my cute husband!

Today was gorgeous!  And despite mommy coming down with an awful cold the night before, we still made time to play outside!  Ella loves riding her bike!

I know this one has stuff blown out (it was 1:00 in the afternoon), but I LOVED her smile in this one!

Today we celebrated my nephew's birthday at my sister's house.  Ella was staring intently at the candles before Nate blew them out!

My hubby and I finally had a date night out!  It was freezing out and I had a dress on so this was the best I got.  Isn't he handsome! (can you tell he hates getting his picture taken!)

When I got Ella her breakfest this morning she informed me that her penguin was very hungry.   So  I gave him some french toast and a banana too!  She loved this!  LOL!

My next four posts/pictures will be BORING.  I worked all weekend and never even took my camera to work.  These are all iphone pics.  The one in my car is especially sad.  Oh well!

I actually like this one a little.  I heard my hubby and daughter playing outside while I was getting ready to leave for work.  I took it through the window (and screen, ugh.).  He was helping her work on pedaling.  It was just so sweet!  Love these guys!

Can I just make a small PSA.  Can we all just agree to turn off word verification on our blogs?  I swear...word verification makes me crazy.   Mostly because I am so bad at it!

I WANT to post comments on your blog.  I follow a lot of blogs (365 blogs and others) and when I want to comment and have to try to type in the right word/number combo about a hundred times to post a comment to your blog it makes me not want to comment anymore, on anyone's blog!

So yesterday, after trying to comment on a few blogs, I went into my own settings and GASP...I had word verification for comments turned on in my OWN blog.  Argh!  I'm so sorry.  I swear I didn't know.  I'm hoping maybe you don't know either.  I immediately turned it off so I don't have it anymore.  Comment away...LOL!    If spam becomes a major problem I reserve the right to revisit this!

I would love this shot so much more if there wasn't a line of kiddos and parents behind her!  

With this view I eliminated the line-up in the background but she decided it was a good time to start pulling up her shirt...lol!    And of course I chopped her foot.  Oiy!
